Shipping Policy

U.S. Shipping

Standard shipping is $10 for U.S. orders under $250 and free for orders of $250 or more. Eligibility is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts, before tax and shipping.

Ready-to-ship orders are dispatched within 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. We select the shipping service based on the package and destination.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination. Any delivery estimate is separate from our order-processing time and is not guaranteed.

If you need a piece by a particular date, please contact us before ordering to discuss available options and any additional shipping costs.

Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

Production and shipping timelines for custom and made-to-order pieces are confirmed before payment. These pieces do not follow the processing schedule for ready-to-ship orders.

International Shipping

International shipping is not available at this time.

Delivery Issues

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update it before your order ships.

If your package is delayed, missing, or marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact us through our Contact page. We’ll help investigate with the carrier and discuss next steps.

Returns & Exchanges
